Greg, THIS, this is why I have hung in there from your initial post last year maybe 2 years ago. This is the type of sarcasm, humor, righteous-religious commentary that I've been waiting for from you!

I came close to giving up on you a couple times, quick scanned a couple of your articles, but your back where you belong. I got to give you two attaboys for this performance. Keep them coming, bud!

Earlier, I might have mentioned that when I mine my hard copy and digital trove of thousands of letters from the last 45 years, I never know what I am going to find. Right now, I seem to be trying to mix the near past with current relevance. Your mention of "sarcasm, humor, and righteous and religious commentary" is acting as a focusing agent, and I thank you. (I don't know if you've scrolled backwards on the menu, all the way back to the beginning, "Yellowstone." In my first 20 posts, you'll find my earliest work... all travel, all man/woman, no politics.)

Actually, Greg, I currently prefer the political aspect of your posts, past and present. In the current political atmosphere I spend a lot of time reading about and posting on social media, probably more than I should. I live on a busy exit road high-trafficked, in a very RED county and half expect a carton of eggs, at the very least, to be launched at my house sometime between now and November. :) I gotta power washer.

I enjoy, for the most part, your weekly post along with Garrison Keillor and Lou Truscott.
